Observation

Arround the fire place, (not currently in use) many fire starting materials were seen to include paper, matches, and fire starters as well as wood. Provider explains the portable heaters are used when in the shower and over night during the colder months. When asked if daughters might shower and turn on the heater in the bathroom during the day when kids are present, provider said "probably." The fire place has not been inspected annually and there is not a statement submitted that it will not be used. A fire safety inspection checklist hasn tbeen completed.
